He now supports other leaders and organizations by providing strategy, critical thinking, process improvements, leadership support, and training. His experience includes complying with various government agencies and funders, developing HR policies and practices, compensation plans, and performance management frameworks, and managing budgets of up to $12 million while developing organization cultures to be fluent in fiscal management. Brian McNamee holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in International Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He also obtained his Senior Certified Professional credential through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP)

Nahim is an Independent Consultant and Logistics Support Advisor with over 20 years of experience in operational logistics and institutional benefits management. Nahim holds an MA in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Universidad Del Este and is fluent in English and Spanish. Her expertise lies in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of campus operations for large and diverse organizations, such as Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, where she works as a consultant. Nahim manages building, transportation, contracting services, student activities, and events, ensuring efficient and effective communication and logistics across multiple departments and campuses. She also develops and implements policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and best practices, and she leads project management for school accreditation and other strategic initiatives. She has participated in LGW's Rising Leaders Program, which provides professionals with the tools needed to succeed as leaders.

With experience spanning multiple sectors, Domonique excels in developing targeted marketing strategies and managing social media to boost revenue and foster organic engagement. Her strategic marketing foundation was shaped through extensive work in stakeholder engagement, event planning, and creating compelling content that drives results. Domonique holds an MS in Strategic Communications from UMGC and a BA in Communication Studies from Towson University. In addition to her academic achievements, she is certified in Digital Marketing and remains committed to expanding her knowledge in an ever-evolving industry. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of communication trends ensures that her clients receive cutting-edge strategies and insights.

Libby Miller has dedicated her career to helping people, systems, and organizations thrive and achieve equitable outcomes. She is an accomplished school leader-turned nonprofit manager, strategist, and thought partner. Libby previously led high-performing teams as the principal of STRIVE Prep - Federal Middle School and the founding principal of Achievement First Providence Mayoral Academy Middle School in Providence, Rhode Island. Libby made a shift to operations management in the nonprofit sector. Due to her breadth of professional experience, Libby’s expertise spans across talent management/HR, operations + strategy, and communications. She is a results- and relationships-oriented leader who loves helping teams collaborate and achieve strong outcomes. Libby holds a B.A. in Sociology from Bowdoin College, an M.S.W. from Washington University in St. Louis, and completed the Relay Graduate School of Education National Principals Academy Fellowship.

Drawing from her professional experience, education, and research, she blends proven methodologies with a people-centered approach to create sustainable, positive change.

Dr. Nicole Caridad Ralston is devoted to creating spaces where those who have been pushed to the margins can be centered, seen and heard. As a multiracial Latina, and daughter of Cuban refugees, her dedication to equity and inclusion is personal. She has over 15 years of leadership experience in both higher education and the non-profit sector. In her most recent career as the Senior Director of Education and Programming at Beloved Community she built out a diverse team of racial equity consultants while centering shared voice & shared power, led the team in visioning and strategy, and developed the content, curriculum, and facilitation services for the consulting firm. In her higher education career, she built an office devoted to first-year retention, advised university community engagement initiatives, built social justice education programs, taught courses, and led the undocumented student support committee. Her doctoral research focused on how women of color in higher education navigated their identities in their leadership roles. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at The University of New Orleans graduate school where she teaches, “Diversity in Higher Education”. She is also an alumna of the Social Justice Training Institute, 4.0 Schools Essentials, Stand for Children's Educational Leadership Institute, and the Progressive Change Campaign’s Training.
Based in New Orleans, she is a proud mom of twins. She is deeply involved in the community and serves on the board of the ACLU Louisiana and Dancing Grounds, while also supporting the fundraising ball for the New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation. Additionally, she is passionate about serving as a doula to local families. In her free time, she shares her New Orleans food adventures on her Instagram @eatenpathnola and loves exploring all of the cultural offerings of New Orleans.

Debbi McCreary is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), MBA, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Debbi has personally completed projects the scope and complexity as the project for the City of Atlanta including Dental For Children (D4C), IKON Office Solutions, Georgia Tech, HealthSouth, and City of Atlanta Lean Six Sigma Implementation. Her company has been awarded the State of Georgia DOAS preferred Supplier. She is a Transformation Consultant, has a degree in accounting, and has a unique way of connecting with leadership and staff that brings cohesiveness in building better processes and utilization of automation software. She has expertise in GAAP, IRS, non-profit accounting, and software implementation and integration. Debbi is on the board of Women’s Executive MBA as Vice President of Operations and The Exchange Club of Macon where she also serves as Chairman of Youth Programs. Debbi is an active member of The Association of Financial Professionals, American Society of Quality, and is Treasurer of her neighborhood association.

He has been successful in driving the execution of business strategy throughout all levels of an organization. Glenn was the founder and CEO of Intelligent Logistics System, which provided autonomous warehouse technology. He saw the company through a successful exit to a national multi-billion-dollar REIT. At Warehouse Anywhere, Glenn was the Executive Vice President and Board Member. The company has grown to have hundreds of warehouses across the United States running on technology that Glenn originally developed. Glenn aims to connect the supply chain with processes and technology that drive down costs and improve service.

Ram Pandit, Ph.D., is the founder and owner of Applied Decision Technologies, Inc. based in the USA. Ram holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has 20+ years of experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics and Transportation areas. In his career, he has held leadership positions with the Fortune 500 companies such as Fort-James, Georgia-Pacific, CNF, Con-Way, Menlo Logistics, and Emery Worldwide. Prior to his corporate positions, he has held academic positions at several leading research and teaching universities such as Iowa State University, Georgia Tech and Georgia State University. Ram has been actively providing management consulting and software application design and development services to leading corporations, such as Graphic Packaging International, NCR, Tosca, WinCup, Georgia-Pacific to name a few. He has published several technical papers in leading refereed journals and holds two patents on Transportation Management Systems.
