On January 23, we had the privilege of facilitating and coordinating the third Adult Education Charter Schools Mini-Conference. We’re grateful to DC adult education leaders for entrusting us to create a space for meaningful peer learning, and we extend our appreciation to the Steering Committee and Maya Angelou YALC for hosting and helping bring the day to life. Leaders exchanged approaches to strengthening workforce partnerships, navigating enrollment volatility, and refining virtual models—while building connections that extend beyond a single day.

On December 18, we hosted our third Connector Series convening, bringing together employer leaders, workforce providers, and public-sector partners to strengthen collaboration across DC’s workforce ecosystem—created in response to the need for more in-person connection.
